AdBlue is a urea-based liquid that is injected into the exhaust system of diesel engines in order to reduce emissions and enable compliance with Euro standards. These days, you can find AdBlue at almost every service station across Europe, either in a dispenser on the forecourt or in jerry cans in the shop. Compliant with ISO 22241

AdBlue® can be extremely corrosive and this is why all components in contact with AdBlue have to be specifically protected. All hydraulic components have been tested and validated to ensure they comply with ISO 22241 and are suitable to be used with AdBlue® over the lifetime of the dispenser.

AdBlue® Combo

Most vehicles with a diesel engine, both cars and commercial vehicles, nowadays need AdBlue. The various Diesel AdBlue Combo solutions provide an efficient solution allowing customers to fill up at the same position, not having to move their vehicle. Most POS systems support the combination of two transactions without having to release the dispenser twice. A 4-active display can keep the end users informed on both transactions.

Low temperature protection

AdBlue® is not just corrosive – it’s also particularly sensitive to temperature and begins to crystallise when it comes into contact with air. As such, dispensing AdBlue® can be a messy business that can rapidly make a service station look untidy. A special nozzle cover and heating system has been designed to prevent the nozzle from freezing at low temperatures.
