Fuel Finder will be enforced by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) under The Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025. Although the first three months will focus on education and support rather than penalties, the long‑term expectation is clear: accurate, timely reporting is mandatory.
To remove this burden, TSG UK has launched an automated Fuel Finder reporting service, designed specifically for fuel retailers. Launched in February 2026, ahead of the compliance deadline, TSG is proud to be the first EPOS provider to announce an automated reporting solution for Fuel Finder — setting a new benchmark for innovation in the retail fuel sector.
TSG’s automated service integrates directly with its EPOS system, ensuring fuel price changes are reported to Fuel Finder automatically via the official API.
Once prices are transmitted, the system generates a confirmation report, giving retailers clear evidence that updates have been sent successfully. This provides full visibility, removes doubt, and supports retailers in meeting their legal obligations with confidence.
The service is available to TSG Prizma retailers via a one‑off installation fee and a small monthly support charge.
